"I'm one of the two long-distance Canadians who were in your shop May 1 for new tires. (Mine was a 110-80-18 Bridgestone BT021 on an ST1100; my buddy, my buddy Ernie Lalonde got a Michelin Anakee on the back of his V-Strom). Thanks again for your excellent service. We were a long way from home and on a tight schedule; given the odd size of my tire, I think you worked miracles. We were home three days later - it's just over a thousand miles from your shop - and, of course, both new tires performed perfectly. Thanks again for your service. It would be good if you could show this to the mechanic who did the work. I thought you might find the attachment interesting. It's a 1974 CB550K, that I've been working on for a few years now. It's not actually as fancy as it looks - the yellow paint came out of a spray can in my basement; fortunately, the camera doesn't show the many imperfections. "I was passing thru on my way back from my Alaskan ride and had stopped in Salt Lake City to see a good friend of mine. I knew i would need a set of tires so I called ahead and ask my friend what dealership he recommended. He has recommended you all because he went to another dealership and they did not meet his quality of service. He saidit was worth it to drive the few extra miles to receive the best customer service and our ability to accommodating riders who were passing thru. So i asked him to called ahead and see if they had specific tires i wanted for my bike. Unfortunatly they didnt have the tires I would have wanted but they had some Dunlops, which would be better for riding on the slab. You gotta take what you can get when your on the road. Anyways, I let them know when i was going to be there and also requested front brake pads as well. When i arrived they were very friendly in getting me in and out in a timely manner. I give Monarch a "thumbs up"if you ever need service in the Salt Lake area. If you ever stop in at Monarch ask for Herbie and Ben the tech to get your needs met. "

"I want to take a minute to share my experience with Monarch Honda. I just bought a new 2009 CRF250R from Rob. From my initial phone call Rob was personable and helpful. When he said he would call me back, he did. I appreciated his follow up. Once I decided to come into the store to make my purchase, I was greeted by the girl at the front desk with a smile and a "How may I help you?" She directed me to Rob and we proceeded to write up the sale. After completing the documentation Rob took me to the back, introduced me to the Service Manager who took me to the bike and showed me the bike features, and explained the recommended maintenance on the bike. We started the bike, let it run, and before he let me take the bike he double checked the fluid levels and adjusted the carburetor. Obviously I had a great experience with Monarch Honda. Last year I bought a brand new 2008 CRF450R from another Honda dealer, in comparing the two experiences Monarch Honda was a much better experience. The other dealer handed me a bike manual that had been soaked in water, and then explained to me this was how the manuals came in the crate. The bike was dirty and had not been wiped down. They did not walk me through the bike or talk about any suggested maintenance. Granted this is all minor stuff. But I really appreciate how Monarch took the effort to go the extra mile, even after they had my check in hand. One more thing I would like to mention, is that I really appreciate when I walk through the store, the Monarch employees greet me with a smile, say hello, and ask if they can help me with anything. Too often I go to other dealerships or dirt bike part stores and am surrounded with employees that think they are too "cool" to say hello, are trying to maintain some kind of bad boy image, or just lack any kind of basic social skills. It's nice to see a dealership which employs people who know the meaning of customer service. Thank you Monarch Honda."

"first off your service manager wayne met us outside before you even opened. he greeted us with a friendly and top of the morning folks how can we help. wayne unlocked the door turned on the lights and welcomed us into monarch honda. our bike was having problem running and wayne immediately found what was wrong and let us know his techs were all honda certified and pointed to the wall of fame proving his comment. later that day jeff in the service department called my wife and gave her the run down of what was done to our bike in detail. when my wife got off the phone she said we had to get to monarch honda right away because we have never gotten a return call from other dealerships we've tried. once at your dealership jeff was speaking with the mechanic that worked on our bike and introduced us to lg. most mechanics are not the type of people that talk much but lg walk us through everything he repaired on the bike. jeff then went through our receipt and explained in further detail what had been done. on our way out wayne met us again and gave us the grand tour of your dealership. needless to say we will be back from around the point of the mountain. you take care of your customers unlike some other places we've been too."

"A great experience. From floor to out the door everyone was helpful and even after I left the store the help kept coming. My bike ran into some issues shortly after I bought it, I go back and Kurt and Wayne are still working 3 hours after closing. They were about to leave and I was asking for advice on what to do. Kurt volunteered to follow me to my bike and help me get it running, it was a little out of the way but the fact that these guys would go off site to help a customer with his new bike was amazing. Really impressed all around and they have a customer for life. Thanks for help guys!"

"I first went to Monarch one day back in late '06. Decided to buy the new '07 TRX450R. Which was nice, but not fast enough. Mike even said the day I bought it that I would be back. Needless to say he was right. I came back and added the HRC kit..still not fast enough. Skylar, Travis and many others contributed to one of the fastest and best looking atv's out there. Than a short while after that I purhcased the new '07 CRF250 which was awesome...but we didn't stop there. We did everything to that bike one could possibly do. It is now about as factory as one could get. With the exception of the Showa A kit I am going to add. I want to truely thank all of the guys at Monarch, they all know who they are. A great bunch of guys. Rob - you have a great staff. Unfortunately not everyone is still there, but many people had roles in my bikes and many many hours put in. of course, thousands and thousands of dollars later..but I wouldn't have it any other way. I will continue to go to this shop only! I won't go anywhere else. Thanks again guys! Brandon"

"We had been looking for front breaks for are 94 Gold Wing. We had only found 2 Other Honda Dealership and they did not have them in stock, But could get them in the next day being on a schedule.
