"A great experience. From floor to out the door everyone was helpful and even after I left the store the help kept coming. My bike ran into some issues shortly after I bought it, I go back and Kurt and Wayne are still working 3 hours after closing. They were about to leave and I was asking for advice on what to do. Kurt volunteered to follow me to my bike and help me get it running, it was a little out of the way but the fact that these guys would go off site to help a customer with his new bike was amazing. Really impressed all around and they have a customer for life. Thanks for help guys!"

"I first went to Monarch one day back in late '06. Decided to buy the new '07 TRX450R. Which was nice, but not fast enough. Mike even said the day I bought it that I would be back. Needless to say he was right. I came back and added the HRC kit..still not fast enough. Skylar, Travis and many others contributed to one of the fastest and best looking atv's out there. Than a short while after that I purhcased the new '07 CRF250 which was awesome...but we didn't stop there. We did everything to that bike one could possibly do. It is now about as factory as one could get. With the exception of the Showa A kit I am going to add. I want to truely thank all of the guys at Monarch, they all know who they are. A great bunch of guys. Rob - you have a great staff. Unfortunately not everyone is still there, but many people had roles in my bikes and many many hours put in. of course, thousands and thousands of dollars later..but I wouldn't have it any other way. I will continue to go to this shop only! I won't go anywhere else. Thanks again guys!

I want to thank you and your entire staff for a great experience re my purchase of a new 2007 Honda ST 1300. Your people were helpful and informed regarding all my needs and questions.
Respecting the ST 1300, this machine must be one of the great sleepers in the motorcycle world. This ride must be experienced to be fully understood and appreciated. It is refined in every respect. Indeed, it is like riding a Stradivarius on two wheels, what blissful felicity.
There is but one problem with the ST, I can't seem to stay off of it. I am constantly looking for excuses to ride -- ride anywhere.

"We had been looking for front breaks for are 94 Gold Wing. We had only found 2 Other Honda Dealership and they did not have them in stock, But could get them in the next day being on a schedule. We kept going looking for Dealerships that would have the breaks we need. A Gentlemen at a Gas Station suggested that we go to your place. And you had the Break Pads we needed.We were able to change them that night. Thank You very much.
