I brought in a 13000 watt generator for servicing recently. I was surprised how attentive and involved in consulting with me regarding what needed to be performed in order to repair a large generator which hadnt been used in 10 years. After spending time with Rudy and his staff, I felt so confident to simply say to service to whatever extent to make it new again. I left knowing I was in capable hands. Upon my time to pick it up, I was impressed with how everything that had been done and why was explained to me. They performed the service extremely well and quickly. I was treated like royalty and with great respect. It was loaded in my truck before I could pay for it. My experience was great and well beyond what I expected.
